Organizational Change Management Trainer

Location: Washington, DC

Clearance Required:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current and active TS/SCI clearance granted by the Department of Defense or an Intelligence Community agency. Must be able to pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

We are looking for a highly-motivated Organizational Change Management Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Work as a consultant on the Enduring Change Management (ECM) team
  • Develop a plan to institutionalize and train an ECM framework by building a mindset to manage change for an organization going through disruptive changes to their information technology enterprise
  • Build and deliver a Change Management Training Plan that incorporates best practices to prepare members of the team on how to best engage and lead the workforce through the process of change as Workforce and HR planning are assessed and restructured
  • Support workforce assessment, skills gap assessment, competency assessment, succession plan and design, recruitment plan and design, training plan and design, onboarding plan and design, retention plan and design, and performance management plan and design
  • Assist in creating implementation plan for all designed HR/Workforce initiatives
  • Collaborate with government staff across CIO and customer to determine, prioritize, and document the appropriate Strategic Initiatives to include the Implementation Plan
  • Provide updates and ensure the understanding or clarity of process and progress to the CIO staff on a weekly basis
  • Assist with multiple meetings, training, and collaboration sessions with CIO Senior Leadership Objective Champions and Initiative Owners for capturing and providing feedback for high level initiative plans, developing outcome measures and detailed plans for each initiative
  • Develop and present executive level briefings on findings, plans, and implementation processes as needed
  • Document all processes pertaining to ECM Plan in SOP
  • Assist with the preparation of recommendations to senior management concerning corporate policies and practices
  • Work closely with consumer and corporate staff management to develop human resource plans and strategies to meet organizational requirements

Required Qualifications:
 
  • Individual must possess the senior IT consultant and advisory skills to accommodate the requirements as described above. Highly evolved IT analytic capabilities and understanding of the customer environment are necessary for this position supported by a history of excellent reporting and presentation of analysis results.
  • Experience in training varying stakeholders including senior-level leadership
  • Ability to inform and persuade agreement with organizational strategies
  • Experience in identifying the root causes in an organization where change management is not only necessary but required
  • Knowledge of DIA's mission, organization, and methods of operations
  • Ability to coordinate and organize multiple priorities and taskings to align them to a specific strategy
  • Ability to collect information from various stakeholders and synthesize all information for consumption at multiple organizational levels to include field COCOMs
  • Ability to design and execute overarching change readiness plans
  • Experience enabling workforce development to ensure the workforce remains aware and involved, supporting and implementing new developments/capabilities
  • Proven experience with the IC, to include experience in delivering innovative industry best practices and technologies in areas.

Education Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or an applicable field and at least ten (10) years of experience providing senior-level technical training for projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
